No. HawkSoft stays your agency management system and your system of record. UnifyOS reads from it and builds the household picture around it.
For each client you bring in: the people in the household, their dwellings, vehicles and watercraft, pets, policies (including expired and canceled ones), coverages and claims. See the HawkSoft page for the details.
Only one thing, and only if you allow it: when someone signs up for UnifyOS who isn't in your book yet, UnifyOS can add them to HawkSoft as a prospect. Nothing else in HawkSoft is changed.
Anyone a household is shared with: your clients, their family members and the advisors they invite. They see your agency's branding when they sign in.
Yes. Every share has a role (Owner, Editor or Viewer) and can be limited to areas such as Properties, Insurance or Documents, or to individual items. Sensitive fields are masked for viewers, and access can be revoked at any time.
